Technical Inside is a software company founded in Iași, Romania in 2026 by four engineers who have already built and shipped real products together — under the Zoompack brand. We put a company name on it, registered as Technical Inside SRL, and kept the same team.

Why Iași
We're rooted in Iași — one of Romania's largest university and tech cities, and the home base for the company and most of the team. It's where we studied, where we build, and where our emerging university ties are. We're not exclusively in one place, though: the team also reaches to Cluj-Napoca, where co-founder Thomas is a Master's student at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
How we work
A small founding team of co-founders, working directly. You talk to the engineers building the thing, not an account manager relaying updates. We've built and shipped web, SaaS, AI and gaming products together — and individually bring desktop, embedded and industrial experience — and we'd rather run a smaller number of engagements well than spread thin across many.

Problem-solvers first
We build custom-tailored software across very different domains — web, mobile, desktop, AI, industrial. The common thread is figuring out the actual problem, not shipping a template.
We ship real things
This team has already put live products in front of real users — an AI privacy tool, a meal-planner, an events marketplace, a modpack with millions of downloads. We build to ship, not to demo.
Honest about being new
Technical Inside is a brand-new company and we say so. What isn't new is the team: we've built and shipped together for years before putting a company name on it.

Four co-founders, one team.
We came together building and shipping under the Zoompack brand before Technical Inside existed. Everyone here is a Co-Founder — no juniors learning on someone else's budget, just the people doing the work.
Emanuel-Andrei Paius

Emanuel is a full-stack and product engineer who ships web apps and SaaS in TypeScript/React, builds LLM-agent automation tooling, and brings a game-and-graphics background in C#/Unity.
Mihai-Cristian Milea
Co-Founder · AI Agents & Backend Infrastructure
Mihai is a backend and AI-agent engineer who builds MCP servers, local-LLM serving tools, and agent-coordination infrastructure — the tooling layer that makes AI agents actually useful.
Thomas-Mark Varga
Co-Founder · Embedded, Control Systems & Web
Thomas bridges hardware and software — robotics, CAD, real-time and industrial systems in C++ and MATLAB, alongside modern web work in Angular and TypeScript.
We're also building our first ties to academia: an emerging research partnership with the Faculty of Construction and Installations in Iași. It isn't signed yet — but it's the direction we want to grow, toward published research and open source.
