What this role involves

Set the frontend standards, component patterns, and design-system foundations the team builds on
Ship polished, accessible, high-performance interfaces across client products
Partner closely with design to turn intent into pixel-tight, interactive reality
Mentor and review as the frontend team grows

What we look for

5+ years building production frontends with a strong portfolio of shipped work
Deep expertise in a modern framework (Svelte, React, or Angular) and TypeScript
A real eye for design, motion, and interaction detail
Comfortable owning quality and setting standards, not just closing tickets

Nice to have

SvelteKit and Tailwind experience
Design-system authorship
Client-facing or founding-team experience
